As our discussions with the client progressed during our daily stand-ups, we discovered that the registry's user scope had expanded to include other stakeholders. We had to rethink our strategy and go beyond our primary goal of "designing the visuals" to comprehend the user base of the concept registry.

We utilised a Venn diagram to analyse stakeholders' perspectives, finding common ground in four key areas across different departments. This alignment was later validated by Sue, who echoed Ashen, Megan, and David's objectives.
