To understand the general public's perception of women's basketball we sought to identify key opportunities in the current market. Through an online survey targeting 9 participants with varying levels of sporting knowledge, we unearthed a concerning trend - a need for more familiarity or awareness of WNBL among the audience.

We decided to do 5 more interviews to delve deeper into this problem. From these interviews, we were able to discover the primary causes were inadequate media coverage of women's sports and gender stereotypes.

Our user-centred approach helped alter our focus, making us realise the significance of initiating awareness as the initial step toward addressing this matter.
